We have had great success from previous mini sessions and plan to have another on November 12th & 13th!

They are only $65 and you will get 25 minutes of fun family time in front of the camera at a gorgeous Wichita park.  A digital download of up to 15 of the best images where you can order prints through my professional photo lab or locally is also included in the price.  If you want an additional 10 images it’s only another $20!

Generally families of 10 people or less work great for this type of shoot.  Larger families may need two sessions as it takes longer to pose.  Once you signup via the link below you will be given instructions on where to meet at.  Feel free to bring any props that have family meaning.  Or you can do a theme, such as a picnic, etc.

Thanks and look forward to seeing everyone!

Family is so important. Getting photos taken every year is also important.
I didn’t quite understand this 7-8 years ago until I started having kids of my own. Now every year I look forward to going to a park, having some fun, and getting our photos taken.
Growing up as a child, my parents didnt do this. I feel like I missed out a bit. It would have been a great snapshot of my family at that moment in time.
Sometimes photos speak loudly, especially years later as we all grow older or grow up.

These are photos I took of a wonderful family last year at a park in Wichita, Kansas. Such a lovely family.

Where are you getting your family photos taken? Now is the time =)

Let me know in the comments below.

I don’t market myself as a family photographer, I primarily shoot weddings.  So when Kellie contacted me, saying that she loved my work, and would I photographer her family, I said “I would love to!”

Maybe I should start showcasing more family shoots?  I really enjoy people and capturing what makes us all happy.  This is just an extension of that.
